Big Suse once again provided an epic mobile and off-grid recording studio, this time for a discussion between me and my good mate Anthony.

You see there is a peculiar relationship between the anxiety caused by escalating climate crises, and the restorative psychotherapy one receives through total immersion in nature. We no longer live in the habitat our bodies were designed for - instead we have manufactured an entirely new habitat, maintained and controlled by humans. But is it good for our mental health? The cathartic effect of pure wilderness suggests otherwise.
