Brazil Nuts

Brazil nuts aren’t just good for your health, but protect ecologically sensitive areas like preventative ticker tape. Brazil nuts need healthy, pristine rainforests in which to grow, and they are virtually impossible to produce in a plantation. For this reason, buying and eating Brazil nuts promotes rainforest conservation - a much better alternative compared to the water intensity of farming almonds in California for example (about 5 litres per nut!). Brazil nuts are also an anti-inflammatory nutritional powerhouse, rich in good fats, protein, fiber, selenium and magnesium.
